Up Hotel Budapest

The modern look of the hotel and the cleanliness. The friendliness of the staff and also the hotel location. The fact they celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday with a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival was a lovely touch.

Good location close to public transport & found it really easy getting a bus & metro from the airport. The room was perfect size for me and the terrace was great to be able to relax in the sun. I went out for food and drink instead of staying in the hotel but theres loads of places within walking distance & shops close by.

The hotel was amazing! Clean! Cozy! With great view! We loved it! Everyone was so friendly and kind! Breakfast was perfect every morning and the quality was great! The location was near by the subway, Andrassy ut was very very close and there were many restaurants and cafes near by. I totally recommend it! If the weather is warm you can walk instaed if using the subway.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Up Hotel and would recommend it to others. We will for sure consider staying there again if we ever get back to Budapest! The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating to the point of the manager delivering an apology note and the platter of muffins after we spoke to reception twice about the minor issues with the room AC (that were resolved very quickly - a technician was sent to our room). A very nice, unexpected, and appreciated touch! The room was great, functional and large enough for two people staying four nights. We enjoyed the window nook :)) Breakfasts were great, with a variety of choices for both vegetarians and meat eaters. The hotel staff booked a taxi and prepared breakfast packs for us on the last day when we had to leave very early to catch our flight.
